This lemonade concentrate is café worthy. You can add bubbling water, soda crushed ice, and more to make it your own. You can also freeze into popsicles for hot summer days. Once you try this delectable juice there will be no going back to the store-bought variety. It's a very simple and cost-effective recipe.
Yields 30-40 cups
Ingredients
36 oz. - fresh squeezed lemon juice
3 cups - white Sugar
1.5 cups - brown Sugar
1.5 cups - water
Directions
In a large pot combine all the ingredients warm until dissolved. Once dissolved cool.
Add 4oz of lemon concentrate to 12oz of club soda, sparkling water, or water.
You can also add raspberries, mint leaves or peaches slices, for different flavor variations. You can also use a mixture of fresh squeezed lemons with the bottled lemon juice found the baking isle, just make sure there is 36oz.
